Returns

Please use this form if you wish to return the item(s) for a refund. If you wish to exchange your item(s), please use our exchange form. CLICK HERE to access the exchange form.

Step 1:

Fill out the information below by clicking and typing in the boxes. The Transaction ID is the 9 digit number that was provided when the order was completed. You should also have received this in your email inbox to the email address provided when you placed your order. This number is also printed on the receipt you received with the product. If you do not have this, please contact us.

Step 2:

Print the return form with the information in the boxes filled out. If you do not have a printer, simply write the information from step 1 on a sheet of paper.

Step 3:

Package up the following:

• All parts you wish to return in their original form
• The original or duplicated receipt, if available.
• The completed form above

Step 4:

Mail the contents from step 3 to the following return address:
