Here's how the exchange process works:
- Browse for your replacement keys. Click "Start Shopping" below to head to the catalog. Add any keys you'd like to your cart as normal.
- Your exchange credit will appear in your cart. The credit value of the items you're sending back will be deducted from your cart total automatically.
- If your new total is $0 or less — no payment needed. Click "Complete Exchange" in the cart to finish.
- If your new items cost more than your credit — you'll proceed through checkout to pay only the difference. Shipping for the replacement order is charged separately.
- Print your exchange slip and include it with the items you're sending back. Ship to the address on the slip within 14 days.
Note: Your exchange credit is applied to the item subtotal only, not shipping or tax.
