First decide whether a single key is the right repair
An individual key repair makes sense when the damage is confined to the cap, its retainer clip, or the rubber cup, and the mounting points on the keyboard are intact. Common examples include a missing letter cap or a broken hinge that lets one key rock from side to side.
If the key travels normally but does not register, or several keys stopped working together, investigate that fault before buying a kit. Mechanical replacement parts do not fix the keyboard's electrical circuitry. A damaged keyboard base or liquid damage may require a broader repair.

450 G10 or 455 G9: check the retainer option too
The model page is the starting point. A keycap can have the correct printed symbol and still fail to attach if the underside does not match the retainer. Compare the hinge pictures and options shown for your selected model before adding the key to your cart.
If your original cap has come off, keep it with any loose clip pieces. A clear photo of the underside and the exposed key location can help resolve a match. Before installing your new ProBook key
